The MDRT Academy may be designed for individuals who haven’t yet reached MDRT, but it’s also helpful for MDRT members who train or manage junior advisors to learn how to implement the Academy and how the Academy provides support for those in training roles. Cullen shares an overview of the Academy’s tools and resources, as well as an exploration of Trainer HQ — a website designed to help trainers guide advisors on their MDRT Academy journeys. For company representatives planning to attend the Annual Meeting, this is the session to get all of your questions answered.
